The maiden edition of the Miss Super Nawettan (Zonal) is slated for next Thursday, 27th October at Jakarlo in Senegambia.
The event is being organised by the Sports Journalists’ Association of The Gambia (SJAG) in collaboration with the Super Nawettan Organising Committee and Emids Promotion.
The idea was conceived by SJAG to boost the competition.
The 12 participating zones will present two contestants each for this much-talked about Miss Super Nawettan event.
The organisers are hoping for a huge turnout and are calling on the general public to come out in numbers and support their various contestants.
“Preparations are in high gear and the tickets at the gate are D200. We are calling on all to come out and witness this glamorous night,” said SJAG Secretary General Alieu Ceesay.
