The draw for this weekend’s quarterfinal games of the 2016 Super Nawettan was held on Wednesday evening.
The quarterfinal games will be played on Saturday and Sunday at different venues as determined by the organising committee.
On Saturday (tomorrow), Brikama will lock horns with Gunjur in an all-West Coast Region derby at the Serrekunda East mini-stadium while Banjul takes on BEM at the West Mini-stadium on the same day.
On Sunday, last year’s runners-up Sukuta will battle it out with Manjai at the East mini-stadium, as defending champions SK West will take on SK East at the Father Gough Sports Complex in Manjai Kunda.
Meanwhile, the organising committee, chaired by Ba S Jabbi, is urging fans, players and coaches to maintain high sense of discipline before, during and after the games.
