Hosts Real de Banjul was knocked out of their international football competition following a post-match penalty shootout defeat to the Serekunda East Zonal team on Wednesday.
Following a goalless stalemate at the end of regulation time, Serekunda East prevailed 4-3 in a post-match shootout at the Independence Stadium in Bakau. Serekunda East is now through to the semifinals where they will Sukuta today for a place in the finals.
