Abdou Karim Sey has returned from Korea where he represented The Gambia Athletic Association in a weeklong seminar.
Sey is the president of the WCR Football Association, Secretary General of Primary School Sports Association and the West Coast Regional Coordinator Primary School Sports.
He said the training has widened his knowledge when it comes to athleticism.
“The training has widened my knowledge and we did more practice in track and and field events and we were also lectured on sports physiology.”
According to him, the seminar, which was organized by the Korean Athletic Association gathered 23 participants from 23 countries and attracted lecturers from IAAF,Germany and USA.
Sey is now ready to share his knowledge for the development of the sport in the country.
